Simply browse our online toy store, choose the toys you love and add them to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and enter your delivery and payment information.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is approximately 8–11 business days.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays.
Please keep the 8–11 business day delivery timeframe in mind when ordering toys for birthdays, Christmas, special occasions or gifts.
While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, courier delays, busy shopping periods, public holidays and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times.
Which courier companies does Play over Pixel use?
We currently use The Courier Guy and Aramex for deliveries.
Your order will be shipped using the courier service selected or assigned based on your delivery area and our shipping arrangements.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.
Please remember that tracking information may take some time to update after your parcel has been collected by the courier.
Where does Play over Pixel deliver?
We offer delivery to available areas within South Africa.
Please make sure that your delivery address, contact number and other delivery information are correct when placing your order.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays.
Can I choose a specific delivery date or time?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or at a specific time.
Our standard delivery timeframe is 8–11 business days, with the final delivery time depending on the courier and your location.
If you're buying a toy as a birthday or Christmas gift, we recommend ordering early.
How can I pay for my order?
Available payment methods will be shown during the checkout process.
Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully received.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact Play over Pixel as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed, packed or handed over to the courier, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order.
Are your toys suitable for all ages?
Toys have different age recommendations, depending on the product.
Always check the product description, packaging and manufacturer's recommended age before purchasing.
Some toys may contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children.
Please always follow the recommended age and safety guidelines for each toy.
What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask you to provide photographs of the parcel, packaging and damaged item so that we can investigate the issue and advise you on the next steps.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us before sending the item back.
Items must comply with our return requirements and may need to be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

What happens if a toy is out of stock?
We regularly update our online toy store with new products and stock.
